If you know me, you know I'm a total ice cream lover! I could eat it every day, even in cold winter! One of my all-time favorite flavors is Matcha. The best part about making Matcha ice cream at home is that you don't need any fancy equipment. It's actually incredibly easy. Just follow the simple steps I've listed below, and I promise you'll be blown away by the delicious results. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

Ingredients
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 10g Matcha Powder
- 40g Sugar
- 150g Condensed Milk
- 250g Whipped Cream
- 100ml Whole Milk
Directions
Step 1:
Combine 40g sugar and 2 egg yolks in a bowl until evenly mixed.
Step 2:Boil 100ml milk in a pot.
Step 3:Gradually add the boiled milk to the egg yolk mixture, stirring constantly.
Step 4:Stir in 10g Matcha powder to the milk mixture.
Step 5:Pour the Matcha milk mixture back into the pot and stir constantly.
Step 6:Once the Matcha mixture reaches boiling point, turn off the heat and stir in condensed milk.
Step 7:Chill the Matcha mixture.
Step 8:Mix the Matcha mixture and the whipped cream together, whipping until fully combined.
Step 9:Freeze the final mixture in freezer for 2 hours.
Step 10:Remove the mixture from freezer and mix with electric mixer to eliminate ice crystals.
Step 11:To have Matcha ice cream ready, the last step is to freeze final mixture for an additional 6 hours or overnight.
